Every pound of coffee we roast is a testament to our passion and skill as master roasters. We’re a family run business and we embrace the smallness of our company. Coffee roasting, like any other art, is best performed on a small and intimate scale. Our customers know this by the character and flavor found in every single pound of our coffee.
Roasting with a passion: small batch perfection
We roast our coffee in 30 pound batches to ensure that every roast is always perfect and free of defects. We visually inspect every roast for physical defects and we are constantly cupping and sampling new coffees to add to our already impressive selection.
