Roasting with a passion. Small Batch Perfection and Small Town QualityWe roast our coffee in small batches to ensure that every roast is always perfect and free of defects. We visually inspect every roast for physical defects and we are constantly cupping and sampling new coffees to add to our already impressive selection. Our community has always appreciated the passion with which we pursue our craft. Java! Java! is served everywhere, from Town Hall meetings to Little League games. The folks here in Maple Valley know a thing or two about a good cup of coffee. It’s time to taste what you’ve been missing!
